I am a creative individual with work experience in branding, re-branding, copywriting, digital strategy, production, promotion, commotion, screenwriting, print design, network and cable, notions and fables, crafting, drafting, and drifting.
I enjoy the company of others.
I have worked for, inside of, and with magazine publishers, design shops, cable networks, production companies, motion studios, sound stages, ad agencies, apartments and coffee shops.
I don't like working inside of coffee shops.

I'm a creative generalist based in New York. I collaborate with other creative people in design, advertising, branding, digital and post-production to generate worthwhile work.
Recent collaborators include 2x4, Sibling/Rivalry, Gretel, Sundance Channel, @radical.media, Trollbäck+Company, Artjail, and Ultrabland.
I've also enjoyed guest lecturing on branding and creative construction for Ryan Moore's motion graphics course at SVA.
I specialize in Naming and other lingustic brand elements with the clever folks in Verbal Identity, the group responsible for all things language-related re: branding. Notable clients and collaborators include: UPS, HP, MWV, Humana, GE Health, and Mattel.
I and my platonic life-partner Michael Dillenberger formed this company as a creative outlet. Our current endeavor comes in the form of a podcast entitled Back in the Day. Look for it on our website: wearetotallysincere.com and on iTunes.
Creative, copywriter, strategist at media arts company thelab. I joined thelab as a member of the Comedy Central rebrand team, working on copy, branding and strategy for the network. Following the launch, I moved onto numerous pitch and develop teams for brands in retail and media, including: Target, The New York Times, Clinique, DirecTV, Showtime, VH1, Victoria's Secret, Epix, Google, and the Museum of Modern Art.
Worked as a copywriter and senior creative on promos, show opens, re-branding campaigns et cetera, for networks, agencies, et al. Created the tagline for Bio: True Story. Won an Emmy for work with History Channel. Did a lot of great work with a lot of great people/brands/networks/colleagues, including (but not limited to): A&E, ABC, Bio, CBS, Comcast, ESPN, Food Network, HBO, HGTV, History, Showtime, Speed, TV Land, USA, VH1, Versus.
In this, my first stab at freelance, I focused on creating promos and shorts for on-air broadcast and the web. I wrote, produced, directed, managed graphics and sound, and everything else that went into the conception and delivery of unique promotional spots. I was proud to include A&E Television, The Glenn Schubert Company, and Leroy + Clarkson as clients.
I wrote and produced numerous on-air promos for A&E primetime series, including Dog the Bounty Hunter (which won an award at Promax), Driving Force, King of Cars, and CSI: Miami. I also wrote and directed a successful online campaign for The Sopranos A&E Connection game. As a producer and an assistant to staff producers at A&E, I dealt with a bevy of tasks that covered the whole range of pre- and post-production in broadcast media.
Assisted in the creation of materials for Print, Web, and Exhibition, using Illustrator, Indesign, Quark, Photoshop, and my mad skillz. Worked with a bunch of really cool/smart/funny designers in a very relaxed but professional studio environment.
Immagiom Films was borne from the linked brains of myself and Joey Reid. We created promos, internal videos, corporate tapes, and short-form documentaries for a wide range of clients, in and out of the private sector. We blew minds regularly. Joey continues on under the moniker out of Minneapolis, doing revolutionary work for revolutionary wages.
I assisted in research for the editors and writers, and had the opportunity to write a few pieces myself. A Google search generally turns them up. They're adorable lil' things.
